1. Complete the following
application forms:
o Student Application
o Student Agreement of Conduct
o Authorization to Treat a Minor
o Request for Student Records Form
o Internet Agreement Form
o Volunteer Service Form
2. Return completed
application to the school office with registration fees. Include with completed
application packet
o Copy of last report card
o Copy of recent academic testing
o Copy of psychological testing, if
applicable
o Copy of custody papers, if applicable
3. Obtain Financial Aid
Application from school office once your completed enrollment package is turned
in. Submit application directly to Family Financial Needs Assessment (if
applicable). Do not submit to school office.
4. Schedule a testing
appointment date.
5. Schedule an appointment
with administration after test results are received.
6. After acceptance, AACS
will request academic records or transcripts form previous school.
7. Provide original blue
immunization card with all required immunizations completed. (Seventh grade and
up must have completed hepatitis series.)
